HIGH POINT RESULTS
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (June 9, 2013) – High Point Raceway in Mt. Morris, Pa. was the site of round four of the 2013 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship. High Point is one of the oldest tracks on the circuit, the first premier class AMA pro national occurred there on May 29, 1977. Josh Grant and Justin Brayton began the first moto inside the top-10 logging eighth and ninth respectively the first time past the stripe. Grant ran in podium contention the first several laps before settling into fifth place. At about the halfway point Grant rolled his ankle in a rut resulting in a brief fall that relegated him back to 11th. He regrouped and made his way back up to eighth at the checkers with Brayton having worked his way to 10th. Grant’s five – eight moto scores gave him eighth overall, while Brayton’s 15 – 10 results equated to 12th.
